The main Box Office is on the first level through the main entrance at the front of the building (facing Melbourne Street). The Box Office is open from 9am to 8:30pm Monday to Saturday and 2 hours prior to scheduled performances at QPAC Theatres on Sundays.

School group seating is in Balcony 1 and 2, and the school groups price is only available for bookings in Queensland School term. 1 teacher free per 20 students, additional teachers at student price in ratio of 1:10. No transaction fees apply.
