• What is flexible ticketing?

    We know plans can change, that’s why we’ve made it simple for you to exchange your tickets to a different date, subject to the below Terms and Conditions.

    To exchange your tickets, please contact your ticketing agent at point of purchase.

    For SISTER ACT tickets purchased for Sydney:

    Ticketmaster customers, please contact Ticketmaster via the help desk.

    For SISTER ACT tickets purchased for Melbourne:

    Please contact Marriner Group Customer Service on 1300 11 10 11 or submit an online request HERE.

    For Sister ACT tickets purchased for Brisbane

    Tickets may only be exchanged for other performances of SISTER ACT at the Lyric Theatre, QPAC in Brisbane. Exchanges must be made no later than 7 days prior to start of originally ticketed performance. A $3.65-per-ticket fee applies, and an exchange may be subject to additional fees.

    Terms and Conditions

    Tickets may only be exchanged for performances within the same venue and season.
    Exchanges must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the start time of your original ticketed performance.

    Tickets may be exchanged for any other single performance on sale at time of exchange, subject to seat availability, blackout dates, sold-out performances and other restrictions. Exchanges may not be made for the same performance.

    Exchanges will only be made for tickets purchased through the authorised ticket seller for the venue. Tickets purchased via third party providers are subject to their exchange policies, we recommend contacting them directly.

    Exchanges will be valued at the original face value of the ticket purchased. Additional payments may apply if choosing a performance or price level that costs more than the original ticket value, or if original ticket value was from an originally discounted ticket into a performance with no discounts available.

    New special offers may not be applied to exchanged tickets.

    Exchanges may not be made to reduce the total number of tickets originally purchased.

    Upon exchange, original tickets will be voided and will not allow access into the performance. Customers must present newly issued tickets for entry into the performance.

    Complimentary tickets and resold tickets are not eligible for exchange.

    Other restrictions and exchange fees may apply. Exchange policy may change or be revoked without notice.

  • Who are the authorised ticket sellers?

    If searching for tickets to SISTER ACT online, you will see a number of re-sale sites advertising tickets, usually at a higher price than the official site. If you attend a performance of SISTER ACT with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree, or others, you may be refused entry.

    For SISTER ACT tickets purchased for Sydney:

    For Sydney, the authorised ticket seller for Capitol Theatre is Ticketmaster and Capitol Theatre.

    For SISTER ACT tickets purchased for Melbourne:

    The authorised sellers for Regent Theatre is Ticketek. We also work in partnership with various tourism partners.

    For Sister ACT Tickets purchased for Brisbane

    QPAC and QTiX are the authorised ticket sellers for the Lyric Theatre, QPAC. We also work in partnership with various tourism partners.

    Customers are encouraged to avoid buying tickets through unauthorised third-party websites that sell secondary tickets, as there is no guarantee the tickets will be valid for entry as they may have been sold multiple times or originally purchased with a fraudulent credit card. This includes unauthorised re-sellers such as Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia, Queen of Tickets, or similar.
